Granola

Meeting notes: list, search and read notes with their AI summaries, transcripts, folders and spaces.

Your meeting notes, summaries and transcripts, read only. Needs a Business or Enterprise plan. Granola's MCP server signs in with OAuth, which the Gateway can't do yet, so the Gateway uses its API key instead.

API key

  1. In the Granola desktop app, open Settings → Connectors → API keys and select Create new key. On Enterprise, an admin may need to turn on API access for members first.
  2. Pick the note scopes: Personal notes (yours and those shared with you) or Public notes (the whole workspace's). Admins can make a workspace key instead, under Workspace API keys: it never expires.
  3. Copy the key (grn_…). It's shown once.

Add it to your Gateway. It asks for the key:

everyapp provider add granola

Use it in an app

In the app's everyapp.config.ts:

capabilities: {
  granola: { access: "read", why: "What the app does with it." },
},

The app calls Granola's API with integrationFetch(), and the Gateway adds the key. More in API providers.

Check it worked: everyapp provider show granola shows the key as set.

Rate limits: 5 calls a second. Bursts of 25 requests in 5 seconds; per user or per workspace, by the key's scope.
