What is EveryApp?
Your web apps online, in your own Cloudflare account, each with an address, a database and a sign-in.
EveryApp puts the web apps you build online, in your own Cloudflare account. Each app gets a web address, a database and a sign-in.
Made for a solo founder or a team of three or four who build their own tools with Claude Code, Codex or Cursor. EveryApp is open source and free. You pay Cloudflare.
The two parts
The Gateway is your home base, at an address like apps.yourcompany.com. You and the people you invite sign in there and open your apps.
Apps are what you build, usually with a coding agent. Each one has its own address under the Gateway, like todo.apps.yourcompany.com.
What you can count on
- Private by default. Nobody can open an app until they've signed in and you've given them access. An app can declare public routes, like a tracking script or a webhook, and the deploy prints them.
- An app only gets what you allow. The Gateway tells it who the person is in a signed note that works for that app only and expires after about two minutes; you stay signed in, and every request gets a fresh note. The app also gets its own secrets you've set. AI and integration keys stay on the Gateway, which makes those calls for the app. It never sees your password or your session.
- One sign-in for every app. You never build a login page.
- Each app keeps its own data. Removing one app never touches another.
- Updates keep your data. Before a deploy changes an app's database, it saves a restore point.
- Safe to run again. If setup or a deploy stops halfway, run it again. It picks up where it left off.
We strongly recommend Cloudflare Access before you invite anyone. pnpm everyapp access on adds a second sign-in at Cloudflare's edge, in front of the Gateway and your apps. Free for up to 50 people. Sign in through Cloudflare Access
The threat model says what the Gateway promises, to whom, where each promise is enforced, and what's still open.
Alpha
EveryApp is alpha: open source, very powerful, moving fast, and trying not to break things. That means:
- A deploy keeps your data and saves a restore point before it changes an app's database. Undo a database change
- Updating your Gateway is
git pull, pnpm install, thenpnpm everyapp update. Your people, apps and data stay. Update your Gateway - When something must change, the release notes say so.
We don't promise backwards compatibility yet. Expect rough edges.
Apps on day one
Each is open source and runs behind your Gateway. Run one as it is, or fork it as the starting recipe for your own. Each has a page with what it does, what it needs and how to install it: Apps.
- OpenSEO: SEO research, rank tracking, site audits and AI visibility for your sites.
- OpenCRM: Companies, contacts and deals, kept up to date by a research agent.
- OpenAnalytics: Web analytics for your sites. No cookies, no stored IP addresses.
- Agentic Inbox: A team inbox with an AI agent that reads, drafts and sends email on your domain.
pnpm everyapp install https://github.com/every-app/<repo> from your EveryApp folder installs one; run it again to update. OpenSEO needs a DataForSEO key, OpenCRM a Context.dev key, OpenAnalytics a secret of its own. The three that use AI share one key on the Gateway: pnpm everyapp secret set OPENROUTER_API_KEY. OpenSEO, OpenCRM and Agentic Inbox use an R2 bucket: enable R2 once in your Cloudflare dashboard before you install them.
What it costs
| What | Cost |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare's Workers Paid plan | $5 a month, then usage |
A .com domain | About $10 a year |
A .dev or .app domain | $1 for the first year |
| An AI key, for apps that use AI | Billed by use by OpenAI or OpenRouter, on your own account with them; Workers AI goes on your Cloudflare bill instead |
| A DataForSEO key, for OpenSEO | Pay as you go, billed by DataForSEO |
| EveryApp | Free and open source |
The $5 includes 10 million requests a month and far more database reads and writes than a few apps for a small team use, so they fit inside it; an app adds no fixed cost. Past that, Cloudflare bills by use; the rates are on its pricing page. Cloudflare is the only bill EveryApp itself causes: an AI or DataForSEO key comes from an account you open with that company, which bills you for what your apps use; the Gateway counts those calls and stops an app only at a cap you set. Apps that use AI, Usage and caps
What you need

- A domain on Cloudflare. Get a domain
- Node.js, pnpm and git. Install the tools, or let your coding agent do it
