1. Sign in to the Mistral console.
2. Pick a plan under Billing: the free plan needs no card but has low limits.
3. Open API Keys, select Create new key, and give it an expiry date you'll remember.
4. Copy the key. It's shown once.

Add it to your Gateway. It asks for the key:

everyapp provider add mistral

To make it the model provider apps get by default:

everyapp ai default mistral

In the app's everyapp.config.ts:

providers: ["mistral"],

The app calls /api/ai/mistral/… with createGatewayFetch(). More in AI.

Check it worked: everyapp ai list shows mistral with its key set.
