OpenMail

An inbox where an AI agent drafts your replies and you hit send.

Mail on your own domain arrives through Cloudflare Email Routing. The agent reads each new message and drafts a reply; nothing goes out until you confirm.

You get a full inbox on your own domain: threads, folders, search and attachments. An agent in the side panel reads, searches and drafts. Each mailbox can have its own instructions for the agent.

You need a domain on Cloudflare with Email Sending turned on. Enable R2 in your Cloudflare dashboard first (R2 Object Storage, then Get started).

configure asks for:

• A model key (required). OPENROUTER_API_KEY is the one to pick.
• The Gateway's email sender, EMAIL_FROM and EMAIL_FROM_NAME (required).

Then tell the Gateway which addresses OpenMail sends and receives for, with your domain in place of example.com. It offers to turn on Email Routing:

A catch-all like *@example.com works only on the domain itself; for a subdomain, list each address. Mail to an address with no mailbox is dropped.

Open https://openmail.<your gateway domain> as an owner or admin and create a mailbox. Every member of your workspace can open it.

Run the install command again to update.
